Digital Desk, New Delhi. CBSE board exams for major subjects are going to start from November 30. The second phase examinations are to be held in March-April next year. If the second phase examinations are postponed due to corona or any such reason, then the results of the students will be issued on the basis of these examinations, considering the first phase examinations as final. The biggest thing is that CBSE will complete the scrutiny and evaluation process of the exam papers on the day of the exam itself. The schedule for the board exams has already been released. However, how will the marks be given in these exams, what will be the balance of marking in phase one and face two examinations, how to get practical marks, many students are confused about all these topics. In a conversation with IANS, CBSE has tried to clear these doubts of the students.

CBSE Controller of Examinations Sanyam Bhardwaj said that if the second phase examinations are not held due to Kovid, then only the marks obtained in the examinations being conducted from November 30 will be considered as final and the result will be prepared on the basis of these. If such a situation does not arise and the second stage examinations are held, then the marks of both the examinations will be decided on the basis of 50 -50 percent. Apart from this, CBSE has issued instructions to all the schools across the country to upload the practical marks by December 23.

CBSE informed that the examinations will be conducted in all parts of the country. These include Kerala affected by Corona. Giving official information, CBSE said that these CBSE board examinations are going to be conducted all over the country including Kerala, Karnataka, Maharashtra. Sanyam Bhardwaj said that careful arrangements have been made for the examinations. Preparations have been made to deal with Kovid. Care has also been taken that there is no danger to the students. Arrangements have also been made for the safety of the students as well as the teachers taking the examination. The biggest thing is that CBSE will complete the scrutiny and evaluation process of the exam papers on the day of the exam itself.

According to the schedule released by CBSE, the social science exam for class 10th board will be held from November 30 at 11:30 am. Science will be conducted on December 2, Home Science on December 3, Mathematics on December 4, Computer Application on December 8, Hindi on December 9 and English on December 11. There is an English exam for class 12th students on 3rd December. On December 6, Mathematics, 7 on Physical Education, 8 on Business Studies, 9 on Geography, 10 on Physics, 11 on Psychology, 13 on Accountancy, 14 on Chemistry, 15 on Economics and 16 on Hindi. Political Science will be held on December 17, Biology on December 18, History on December 20, Computer Science on December 21 and Home Science on December 22.

Special arrangements have also been made so that the student does not get corona infected during the examination. According to CBSE, the corona protocol will be strictly followed in all the examination centers. A maximum of 350 students can take the exam in a single centre. A distance of six feet will be maintained between the students. Every student and teacher present in the examination center will have to compulsorily wear a mask. These CBSE board exams are being conducted in offline mode only. ORM sheets are being used in these exams. According to CBSE, this time 20 minutes reading time has been given to the students of the board exams. Multiple Choice Objective Questions (MCQs) are being asked in the first phase of board examinations that have started. While issuing a notice to all the schools and examination centers, CBSE has clarified that it is mandatory to strictly follow the corona protocol in every examination center.
