Digital Desk, New Delhi. Dr. Ufana Riaz, an eminent Indian woman professor of chemistry, has published more than 130 research papers in the field of conducting polymers. His research work has been published in the highly renowned and prestigious journals of American Chemical Society, Elsevier, Wiley and Springer. Dr Riyaz has been awarded the Education Excellence Award 2021 in Material Chemistry for his research and achievements.

The award is presented by the International Multidisciplinary Research Foundation (IMRF). IMRF is also the academic chapter of Mexico, Sweden, Iran, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Thailand, China, Japan and many other prestigious educational destinations in the world. Dr Riyaz informed that he has co-authored 3 international books and 25 book chapters. In 2016, he was named as a member of the prestigious National Academy of Science Allahabad. The present Dr. Riyaz is also a member of International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry and Royal Society of Chemistry.

Dr. Ufana Riaz is associated with the Department of Chemistry at Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI). He has been awarded the National Education Excellence Award 2021 in Material Chemistry by International Multidisciplinary Research Foundation (IMRF) for his remarkable contribution in the field of Material Chemistry.

IMRF holds a high rank among the academic and research organizations of the world. It is also the academic chapter of Mexico, Sweden, Iran, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Thailand, China, Japan and many other prestigious educational destinations in the world. The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) has extended its support to the IMRF as part of its efforts towards networking between nations. The foundation provides research support to academicians, researchers and facilitates collaboration with foreign, central, state, deemed, private bodies of higher education across national-international borders.
