Digital Desk, New Delhi. The main examinations of CBSE class 12 students have started from December 1. CBSE Class 12 students across the country appeared in the Sociology exam on Wednesday. These examinations of class 12 students will continue till December 22. During this examination of 19 main subjects are being taken. These CBSE board exams are being conducted in offline mode only. ORM sheets are being used in these exams. According to CBSE, this time 20 minutes reading time has been given to the students of the board examination. Multiple Choice Objective Questions (MCQs) are being asked in the first phase of board examinations that have started.
The students of class 12th now have their English exam on December 3. On December 6, Mathematics, 7 on Physical Education, 8 on Business Studies, 9 on Geography, 10 on Physics, 11 on Psychology, 13 on Accountancy, 14 on Chemistry, 15 on Economics and 16 on Hindi. Political Science will be held on December 17, Biology on December 18, History on December 20, Computer Science on December 21 and Home Science on December 22. CBSE Controller of Examinations Sanyam Bhardwaj said that if the second phase examinations are not held due to Kovid, then only the marks obtained in the examinations will be considered final and the result will be prepared on the basis of these.
However, if such a situation does not arise and the second stage examinations are also successfully conducted by CBSE, then the final result will be decided on the basis of 50 -50 percent marks of these two examinations. CBSE has issued instructions to all the schools across the country to upload the practical marks by December 23. At the same time, CBSE 10th class board exams for major subjects have started from 30 November. The second phase board exams are in March-April next year. If the second phase examinations are postponed due to corona or any such reason, then the results of the students will be issued on the basis of these examinations, considering the first phase examinations as final.
Sanyam Bhardwaj said that proper arrangements have been made for the examinations. Preparations have been made to deal with Kovid. Care has also been taken that there is no danger to the students. Arrangements have also been made for the safety of the students as well as the teachers taking the examination. The biggest thing is that the examination and evaluation process of examination papers will be completed on the day of CBSE examination itself. According to the schedule released by CBSE, the social science examination for the 10th board was taken from November 30 at 11.30 am. Science will be conducted on December 2, Home Science on December 3, Mathematics on December 4, Computer Application on December 8, Hindi on December 9 and English on December 11. According to CBSE, a maximum of 350 students can take the exam in a single centre. A distance of six feet is being maintained between the students. It is mandatory for every student and teacher present in the examination center to wear a mask. While issuing a notice to all the schools and examination centers, CBSE has clarified that it is mandatory to strictly follow the corona protocol in every examination center.
